Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Honeybeezhaircare.com  Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Due to the nature of the product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once an order has been submitted, we offer services that allow you to modify or cancel your order if needed. You can utilize these features by creating a Honey Beez account or logging into your account from the “My Orders" tab,  please select the order you wish to cancel. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive notification to your purchase email.

Please note: Any edits or cancellations must be completed before your order has been processed. ALL order cancellation requests must be completed via the self-service option provided above as Honey Beez is unable to honor any edit/cancellation requests through any customer support channels.

 

PURCHASES MADE THROUGH RETAILERS

Please contact the store where you purchased your products for a return or exchange. Honey Beez is unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.
